Situated on the sea front just 200 meters from the sea, on the Mar Menor, where the south Costa Blanca meets the Costa Calida. The apartments are on the 8th & 9th floors of a 9 storied block. Giving wonderful views. The block is served by 2 lifts. Each apartment has 2 double bedrooms, (one with twin beds). Bathroom with bath/shower & bidet. Lounge/dinning room with sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen. A balcony with table & chairs. There is a communal pool & paddling pool set in the grounds. The 9th floor apartment is equipped with air conditioning. All the apartments have ceiling fans in the living rooms & both bedrooms. Each apartment very comfortably sleeps 4 & due to the sofa beds can sleep up to 6 people. Cots, highcairs & pushchairs can be supplied on request.
Profile:near to the sea, self-catering. A haven for Golf, watersport enthusiasts & families. This really is a delightful location much favoured by the Spanish for holidays & retains its typical Spanish charm. If your preferences are for wall to wall hotels, fish & chip shops & kiss-me-quick hats, you would be disappointed. That apart I can think of few tastes that would not be satisfied by this richly diverse and welcoming region.

Terrace with pool, paddling pool, & adjacent childrens play area. The balcony with table & chairs has wonderful views over the Mar Menor & surrounding area. Perfect for alfresco dinning & drinks. The Mar Menor a natural salt water lagoon with its sandy beaches and crystal clear, shallow water is ideal for children. The Mediterranean is just 20 mins walk or 5 mins by car. |

There are a sufficient number of golf courses within easy reach to enable the enthusiast to play a diferent course each day of the week. The nearest being the world famous La Manga club, just 5 mins drive away. There are 25 centres & schools catering for just about every type of water sport. Other activities include tennis, horse riding, cycling, walking, go-karting, sight-seeing, shopping. And of cause for the less energetic among us, sunbathing & sampling the excelent local cuisines & wines. |

There is an extra charge of £20 for final cleaning and a refundable security deposit of £150 against damages.
20% of the cost is payable to secure the booking. The balance payable 8 weeks prior to your vacation.
We are happy to take bookings for parties of Golfers etc. |
