A large lounge-dining room leads via two patio doors to two large terraces one of which overlooks the swimming pool set in a lawn garden with a barbecue area. The 3 bedrooms are large and well decorated one of which is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as a terrace overlooking the garden and country side. The magnificent town of Seville in Spain is only one hour's drive. An ideal place for a quiet holiday and for sun, beach, golf and fish lovers!.

All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. During the months of June, July, August and September the minimum rental period is 2 weeks. The property is booked from 4.00pm on the day of arrival through 12.00am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation arrangements.
A refundable breakage deposit of 200 Euros is required on arrival day to cover any damages, repairs and excessive cleaning. |
