This ia a large luxury apartment,situated in a devepment of 36 apartments with large communal pool,childrens pool and tennis courts.The apartment is beautifully furnished.It has 3 large balconies,2 of which have both sea and pool views.The balconies are equiped with facilities for alfresco dining,they also have sunbeds to just lie and relax.The front balcony has a retractable awning for protection from the sun.The apartment has a fully equiped seperate kitchen.There are two bedrooms,one of which has twin beds the other has a double bed,both rooms have fitted wardrobes.Both bedrooms have patio doors with access to balconies.There is a lounge area with two large settees which convert into proper double beds, to accommodate additional guests if required.Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area with seating for 6 guests,there are two patio doors from the dining area which give direct access to the front and side balconies.

Praia da Luz is situated 5km west of the busy town of Lagos,where you will find the marina,many designer shops,restaurants and bars.The area is famous for its coastal scenery,ideal for walkers.It is ideal for children.There are two large water parks within easy reach.The zoo marine is said to be the best ocean marine park in southern Europe.The beach at Praia da Luz is one of the best on the Algarve,overlooked by the magnificent coloured cliffs.There is a large water sports centre on the beach.Nearby there is indoor swimming pool,spa and sauna.The area is a golfers paradise with many top courses within 20 minutes drive.Praia da Luz was once an old fishing village which has now developed into one of the Algarves best resorts.Within easy reach is the mountain spa of Monchique or the most westerly point of mainland Europe,Cape St Vincent.Within 3 hours drive is Lisbon and Seville.Praia da Luz has all the facilities for a self catering holiday,large supermarket,bank,takeaways,bars and many superb restaurants. |

| All guests are greeted by my local management team,who are always on hand for advice and help with possible problems.The bed linen is changed weekly, towels are changed twice a week by maid service.Booking and changeover days are flexible.A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking,the balance payable 4 weeks before departure.A refundable £50 damage is also payable 4 weeks before departure.Guests are normally asked to vacate before 10am on the day of departure.Arrivals will normally have access by 2pm on the day of arrival. |
