Sleeps max: 4 Apartment in Albufeira region, Algarve, Portugal: This is a spacious, well-equipped 1 bedroom holiday apartment on the ground floor of a small block of apartments in Montechoro. There is a large communal pool and sun terrace at the back of the apartment. The apartment has its own private entrance set back off the street. Going in you will find a large twin bedded room to your right, with built-in wardrobe and safe to store your valuables. Next door is the bathroom with a full size bath and shower over, bidet, toilet and washbasin. Carrying on you come into the open plan lounge/diner/kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with 4 ring stove, washing machine, fridge and microwave. There is a round dining table and chairs in the dining area and 3 settees and TV in the sitting area: one of the settees converts to a double bed. Walking through the lounge takes you to the balcony which has been fitted with sliding glass windows which can be open or closed depending on the season. The balcony overlooks the pool and terrace

| Arrival day and departure day is flexible. The nightly rate is calculated as the weekly rate divided by 7 for any extra nights.Maid service is twice a week: once to change sheets and towels and to clean and midweek to change towels and clean if necessary.Beach towels are not provided. A security deposit of £120 will be held until after completion of holiday. A deposit of 20% confirms a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before date of arrivalDuring the winter months electricity will be charged separately and paid for locally depending on consumption. |
