Its elevated position affords magnificent views from its terraces, and the centre of the medieval town of Sarlat is just a three minute drive away. With 300 square metres of spacious living accommodation, 9 people can stay at La Boiseraie, in addition to which there is a nursery. The rooms are light, airy and furnished to a very high standard. Upon entering the house, you will be welcomed by the charm of La Boiseraie's cool, marbled floor and the chestnut staircase spiralling to the top of the house. The main living room opens out onto the terrace, convenient for outdoor dining on those long warm evenings after a day spent frolicking in the pool.

| All included : central heating (if necessary), end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels. Additional services : 10 € per hour for cleaning during the stay, 15 € per hour for home cooking, 8 € per hour for baby-sitting. A non-refundable 30% hold deposit is required on any booking, and the balance is due eight weeks prior to the holiday. We strongly recommend taking out Travel Insurance to cover cancellation. Cancellation - In the event of cancellation the owners can only refund the balance payments if they are able to re-let the property for the same period. Any costs involved will be borne by the client. A refundable Security deposit of £350 is payable with the balance payment to cover breakages or excessive cleaning. This will be returned after departure, no later then 14 days after you vacated the premises,provided all is in order. If the reservation is cancelled the security deposit will be returned at once. Check in time is on Saturday 5:00 to 6:00pm. Check out time is on the following Saturday no later then 10:00. am. |
