Panoramic views from the garden are breath taking!Fonticchio has its own large private pool, sun loungers, hammocks, wooden spring and also located in its ground is it's own private fresh water spring, which is conveniently piped to the house to offer 100% pure water.A large loggia is also present to offer a fabulous outside eating area for those warm summer evenings.An all mod-cons kitchen is located on the ground floor of the property including dishwasher.Within easy driving distance are the villages of Preggio and Lisciano Niccone, Umbria and Mercatale di Cortona, Tuscany where local shops, bars and restaurants can be found.The cultural centres of Perugia, Cortona, Siena and Assisi, to name a few, are easily accessible from the property and Rome and Florence are easily accessed by the very good train network
