Farmhouse in Massa Carrara Area, Tuscany, Italy: Please find details of my delightful 'second' home which I are sure you will find as enjoyable as I do. The mill was active until the 1970s but has now been converted to an excellent standard and provides a wonderful base to explore this part of Italy. The floors are fully tiled, the kitchen has both a cooker microwave fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. The large living area will comfortably accommodate 6 people and there is gas central heating and a wood burning stove for those visiting in the winter months. The nearest ski resort is an hour awayThe property nestles some 300 yards from the village and can be reached by an unmade road or footpath. There is a good sized garden that receives lots of sun but with trees for some shade and providing good privacy. A river flows a few yards from the mill where swimming and fishing are possible. The location provides a wealth of options if you want to do something more than just soak up the sun.
