Access to the Casa is up four wide wooden steps onto a decked picket fenced seating area and through large double glazed sliding doors. This gives access to the comfortably furnished living room area which has wooden floors and ceiling, TV and video are provided and two large side windows fitted with insect screens look straight out either side onto the natural beauty of the surrounding hills. The open planned living area includes a fitted breakfast bar and a small modern fitted kitchen with full size fridge, four burner gas cooker and oven with a powered extractor fan, sink unit, work tops and all the kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery you would require. Air conditioning is provided for the summer time and warm air heating for the winter time.
