The private estate is gigantic (3 ha) and luscious green lawns surround the houses ... orange trees as far as the eye can see ... The property may be rented as a whole, offering up to 12 beds, or as one of two completely separated areas, each with 4-7 beds, with private kitchen, fireplace and bathroom. The property stands among the foothills of Etna, the over 3000 m high volcano, occasionally providing a sparkling fireworks show. The views from the garden are exceptional: on the one side, one looks out on the mountain peaks, while the other direction reveals the blue Ionic Sea of Cape of Taormina. This spot is one of the wealthiest and probably best regions in Sicily.

| Rental prices weekly refer to a reservation of 7 people. Bed, bath and kitchen linens, water, electricity, gas, additional bed in Casa Grande (during high season only), house cleaning on Saturday for rentals exceeding 1 week, final cleaning, pool cleaning service, garden maintenance all included in the price. You will also find a minimum food storage for the first breakfast. DISCOUNT: For CASA GRANDE a discount of Euros 500 per week is possible if closing the smaller wing. Please note: In this case Casa Grande sleeps 4+1 people and the smaller wing might be rented to other parties (means sharing the terrace in front of Casa Grande). Security deposit, heating to be paid in Euro on the premises. Security deposit: Euros 250 for Media; Euros 500 for Casa Grande. Heating (if required): Euros 100 per week for each house. Pets allowed: Euros 50 per week domestic pet supplement.Reservations from Saturday to Saturday only.Pool size: 5 x 16 m / opening dates: April 30th - October 29th.Maid service (house cleaning) available on request: Euros 7 per hour.Baby bed available: free of charge. The small house for 5 people can be hired for 1150 to 1700 Euros per week. Our tip: although these are separate houses they are just the thing for a larger group - plenty of privacy and your very own leafy oasis! Taken together, the houses sleep a maximum of 10-11 (5 bedrooms, 1 sofa-bed, 4 bathrooms). The whole farm, with all surrounding spaces can be hired for 3000 to 4450 Euros per week.
