Surrounded by nature, there are no neighbours but the British owners are within reach for any assistance required. Within 30 minutes of the rivers Lot, Célé and Aveyron as well as restaurants, swimming, tennis, boating and fishing. Total secure peace and freedom in Arcadian surroundings but with nearby well-stocked villages and only 15 miles from the historic and beautiful town of Cahors with all its great restaurants, markets and wine shops. There is a 9 x 4 metre on-ground mineralized-water swimming pool. Vaylats village is 1km away and has an artisan baker and grocery shop which can provide everything for breakfast or a picnic as well as household requirements.

| The rental rate is for four people per week. Extra people would be charged at £25 per person per week. The rental rate includes electricity and gas for months May to October. For months November to April any firewood, central heating oil used is charged extra to the rental rate. A deposit of 20 per cent of the complete rental (EXCLUDING any linen hire charge) will secure the booking. The cheque should be made out to Patricia Williams. Our system is 'first come, first served'. For linen hire please see below. Linen hire is available and charged at 15 Euros per set per week, to be paid in cash when you arrive. Each set comprises sheets, pillowcases and bathroom towels - a fresh set is provided each weekend. If you wish to hire linen please let us know when you confirm your booking. Please bring your own beach towels. |
