Aktur is located on a wide bay with a sandy, sheltered 'Blue Flag' beach. The village has colourful mature gardens and traditional building styles, and is in a shady pine forest. Facilities for all day-to-day needs are on site, and there are frequent bus services to nearby towns. Yasemin Villa is located right next to the beach, with wide uninterrupted views over the bay. The whole property has recently been renovated to a high standard. There are two bedrooms, one with large balcony with a sea view. There is a shady courtyard, a sunny terrace, and 10m long garden.
