Finca La Cuadra is a must for nature lovers. It is located in a beautiful part of the Andalucian countryside, which is covered with a large variety of wild flowers and herbs, including Lavender, Thyme and Sage and makes it a natural habitat for Partridge. It consists of 17.000 square metres of rural land and the Cottage is in a fenced area of about 3.000 square metres, which contains some mature Olive trees and a variety of young fruit trees, e.g. Orange, lemons and avocados.
The property is totally self-contained with own gates and parking area.

BOOKING NOTES:
50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable).
The balance is payable in Cash-Sterling on arrival at the property.

CHANGE OVER DAY:
On a Friday during June to September
In other months, the change over days are flexible .
Arrivals are after 16.00 hrs & Departures before 10.00 hrs
CLEANING/TOWELS/LINEN/MAID SERVICE:
The property is cleaned for your arrival and after your departure.
All bed linen and Bathroom towels are included
except beach towels, pool towels and cot linen. A second set is available for fortnightly bookings.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
A FREE WELCOME PACK for your arrival is supplied.
This consists of: Fresh Milk. Fresh Orange Juice, Water, Coffee, Tea bags, Sugar, Bread, Margarine, Jam or Marmalade, Cereal, Mixed Fruit, Beer, Lemonade, Jar of Olives, Bottle White Wine and a Bottle Red White.
