| A deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of the rental payment to be made 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Final payment will be required on all bookings made within the 6-week period. A security deposit of £100.00 is required with the final payment. This amount will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. |
