A unique location, quietness and entertainment in the direct area and a very well taken care of apartment. The apartment is to be rented out to maximum 6 adults. There is an option to add another floor to make it suitable for a group of 10 persons. However it will only be rented out to one client to secure privacy. If the group is bigger, the price will have to be different because of the extra facilities. The price would be 1.400,- € then in the highseason . The final cleaning then will be 100,- €.
