The furnishings are to a very high standard in this spacious apartment, which has three comfortable double bedrooms (master bedroom en suite). Air conditioning is provided in every room. There are stunning views out across the sea towards Africa and Gibraltar from the two Balconies -one accessed from the master bedroom and the other through the lounge. | A 30% deposit is required when booking. The remainder is payable in cash on arrival. Bookings may be cancelled up to six weeks prior to the booked holiday period with a full refund. After this time, a refund will only be given if a replacement booking is found for the period that had been booked. a cot and high chair are available for a further 15 Euros per week. A 30 Euros discount will be given if you decide not to take air conditioning with the apartment. |
