The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before occupancy,plus the key and damage deposit (see below).If booking is made less than 6 weeks before occupancy, full payment plus the key and damage deposit is required.Key and Damage deposit.A key and damage deposit of 100 pounds sterling will also be required in advance. This will be refunded in full on departure provided there is no damage or extra cleaning needed and keys are returned.For bookings by those under 25 years the key and damage deposit will be 200 pounds sterling.We recommend that you take out full insurance cover for the duration of your holiday. |
