In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a separate utility room with washing machine. There is a generous sized lounge diner equipped with two sofas, dining table and chairs, Satellite TV, DVD and CD player and has patio doors leading onto the terrace.

| For Christmas and New Year add £110. For other Bank Holidays add £50. The property is normally available from 4pm on Saturday and should be vacated by 10am on the following Saturday although this is flexible wherever possible. Long and short lets are welcome, please contact the owner to discuss. Prices include linen, towels (not beach), tea towels and cleaning. A 2 week booking would include a linen change.A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking, once received a receipt and confirmation will be sent. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure whereupon a receipt, details of key collection, information sheet and directions will be forwarded to you. A further refundable security deposit of £150 will be required with the final balance to safeguard against damages. Prices are for groups of 4 or less, add £30 per person per week for additional persons up to a maximum of 6. |
