The apartment has views over the canal and marina where there are small boats moors. The two balconies face south west so they have a sunny outlook with further views over Javea and the Montgo national park. Sipping a glass of wine from here in the evening as the sun goes down is simply divine.The apartment is on two levels which comprises of a kitchen area with oven, hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave can also be provided. Then into a lounge dining room with sofa bed (two single beds) TV with dvd and a stereo/ CD player. The balcony has a patio table, umbrella and chairs. Then up to the second level via a spiral stair case to the bedroom (twin beds) another sunny balcony and an attractive ensuite bathroom with shower and washing machine. The complex has a large communal swimming pool,tennis court.
