| A deposit of 25% is payable upon confirmation of booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.An additional refundable breakage deposit of €200 is payable with final balance and will be returned within 7 days of departure. All line, bath and hand towels are provided and there is a weekly linen and towel change for occupancies of 2 weeks. Winter lets would be charged locally for central heating. Car hire or private airport collections can be arranged at competitive rates. |
