The apartment /grounds have electric security entrance( key or buzzer ) just for the added safety factor.The apartment is furnished to a high standard & has all modern appliances.On entry to the apartment there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedroom rooms with shared bathroom. All bedroom have ample of wardrobe space.The kitchen if fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave plus there is a laundry area with a washing machine.In the lounge area there are 2 comfy sofas and English cable TV & video.The dining table & chairs seats 6 people.The naya has seating for 6 people plus sun beds/chairs with BBQ.The apartment has a reserved parking space in the secure underground car park reached by stairs or lift
