The lounge is very spacious and includes a dining area with seating for six people. A double patio door leads from the dining area to a large balcony with further al fresco dining facilities overlooking the Sierra De Altea. There are two bathrooms both with power showers and marble tiling throughout. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes air conditioning and heating for your comfort. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and all the amenities you need to make your stay a comfortable one. For your entertainment we have provided a TV, video and DVD player along with a selection of DVD's, CD's and videotapes suitable for all the family.

| Rates are based on six people sharing. Extra guests will be required to pay an additional £10 per person per week supplement. A £100 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance plus a further £100 refundable key/breakage deposit will become payable eight weeks prior to your arrival date. All cleaning and running costs are included in the prices quoted. The apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure. If you require times outside those shown please contact the owner. Confirmation of your booking dates will be provided and the keys to the apartment sent by special or recorded delivery one week prior to your holiday. |
