| 25% of rental to secure booking with balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday date. A £200 refundable security deposit is payable with the balance of the monies. Saturday to Saturday rentals but discuss with owner any special dates. A separate charge for Electricty of £40 per week will be charged for rentals from 1 November to 31 March each year. From November to March it is possible to book the villa for winter months and the best way to negotiate this is to deal direct with the owners. |
