| Rental payments: 25% deposit is payable to reserve apartment. The 75% balance and refundable security deposit is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date.We can accept payment in Sterling or Euros, by cheque or bank transfer. Rental is subject to change, please email us and we will send you a rental quotation for specific dates.Reservations for over 2 weeks will be discounted, please email.During high season there is a minimum booking period of one week.We will arrange for the keys to be sent to you along with detailed instructions for the use of appliances and security of the apartment. On confirmation of reservation we will send you driving instructions to and from Malaga airport and the location of the apartment. A security deposit of 300 euros or 200 GBP will be payable, this will be returned to you after our agents have inspected the apartment after your departure. Deductions may be made for excess cleaning or breakages etc.High chairs and travel cots can be made available for a small charge. |
