The spacious comfortable lounge/diner accomodates 6 with ease with two settees & lounge chair, satelitte TV, radio & Hi-Fi System. Lounge has beams & a wonderful wood/coal burning fire & lovely views onto the River Camel & Helland Bridge & the odd glipse of otters & kingfishers. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped. The bathroom has both bath & a new Mira Sport electric shower. Tthere is a separate WC.located between the 2 bedrooms.The cottage can have full oil fired central heating in addition to electrical storage heating for £25 per week.There are two bedrooms-one with an antique king sized four poster bed. The second bedroom has twin single beds & is accessed via the main bedroom. A cot and/or high chair are available for hire. There is a secure safe parking adjacent to the front door
