Award winning gardens and magnificent pool area with lots of private sun bathing areas plus shade when necessary. It also has private tennis courts and parking. The accommodation benefits from high quality furnishings with a large balcony directly overlooking the amazing pool area. There are several upmarket restaurants within a 5 minute walk but should need a taxi the rank is outside the complex. The famous Puerto banus marina packed with yachts of the rich and famous is a ten-minute walk away. You will not be disappointed.

| We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking. The full balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of sterling 200 is required with the final payment - this deposit is held and when the apartment is checked we will be happy to return this to you as soon as possible. Check out time is 12.00on day of departure unless otherwise agreed with the owner. Check in time is anytime after 3.00pm on day of arrival. Electricity/air-conditioning charges are included in rental costs. If you have a late flight on leaving we will be happy to accommodate you depending on the arrival time of the next guests. For your own peace of mind it is advisable to arrange your own insurance for your stay as neither clients or their belongings are insured during the stay. In most cases presumably your travel insurance provides this cover but it is advisable to check it out.This complex has 24-hour security.Contact owner for CHRISTMAS and EASTER rates. |
