The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor of this Spanish residential property that is situated in the old Spanish quarter. It is not part of a high-rise complex and all our neighbours are local Spanish people. Next door is a bakery and grocery shops, and a pharmacy; bars and restaurants are very nearby. The views of the mountains from the balcony are superb and the Mediterranean can be seen from the kitchen window.The apartment was recently featured in the Dream Holiday Homes supplement of the Guardian newspaper as representing excellent value for money.

| The rent is based on two people occupying the apartment; additional people are charged a flat rate of £15 each per week, per person. Extra days are charged pro-rata. Families are welcome, but we do restrict children under the age of 10 years from staying in the apartment.The rent includes water, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels (except beach towels). High season rental periods are usually Saturday-to-Saturday, but are sometimes negotiable. Arrival time is 16.00 and departure time no later than 10.30 to allow for sufficient time for cleaning and preparation for new arrivals. Linen and towels are changed before your arrival and are changed weekly during your stay. A deposit of 50% of the full rental amount is payable upon booking with the balance payable 8 week prior to your start date. In case of cancellation, refunds will be made on a sliding scale rate according to the amount of notification given, (details are supplied upon booking). |
