It has plenty of green space and 2 pools one of which is ideal for small children. The back gate opens unto the promenade and down to the beach (there is a small playground here). El cortes ingles is about 5 minutes walk as are many other shops and literally hundreds of restaurants. While the location is central a 5 minute walk to the marina it is still a very quiet apartment as it faces over the pool. The tiled Patio has a table and chairs and a gas BBQ. Directly across the road is a small tennis club and there are many golf clubs in the area. Also a 24 hour shop and garage beside the motorway. The entrance has 24 hour security. If you dont want to tour too far or drive a Pick up service from Malaga can also be arranged. The bus stop for the very efficient local bus service is very close by.Our local caretaker is available to greet you on arrival, give you keys and show you the parking space, access codes and how everything works.
