This air-conditioned villa is bright, airy and very comfortable, its outer walls festooned with tumbling bougainvillea. Two south-facing terraces (one partly covered) and a patio garden provide inviting outdoor areas to relax in. Views from both terraces are stunning, while the sheltered patio is lined with flowers. This tranquil property looks out over terracotta rooftops and finca-dotted valleys to the sea, yet six enticing restaurants are just a short stroll away. The village has an attractive swimming pool with sun-loungers and a café bar, though guests can also use a delightful hotel pool in nearby Competa. The spectacular Tejeda National Park is on your doorstep and the beautiful Axarquia at your feet. The house is a 31 mile drive east from Malaga airport followed by a 20 minute trip into the hills direct to your door. A great place to rent for a restful break yet with lots to do nearby.

| The rental rate is for 1 to 6 people only in the house. All prices are inclusive and we provide a welcome food basket with some basic items to start you off. A 30% deposit payable in Euros or Sterling is required to confirm booking, the balance to be paid in Euros on arrival plus a returnable €100 security deposit. Rental is usually from Saturday to Saturday, but other start and end days can sometimes be negotiated. Please note that the property will not be available until 3pm on the start date and must be vacated by noon on the end date to allow for cleaning. |
