| The above rates are flexible dependant on the time of year. Please call the owner to discuss your requirements. The minimum let is 3 nights but again I can offer special rates for one couple on a weekend break The rates as described above do not cover special holiday periods such as Easter the Edinburgh Festival, Cristmas and New Year. Please call the owner to discuss your requirements for these periods. Please note that the flat is strictly non smoking but the lovely patio which is partially covered offers a haven. A deposit agreed with the owner is payable in advance to secure the booking. At this point there are no credit card facilities. |
