| Included in these prices per week we will arrange for an apartment clean prior to your arrival, fresh laundered towels and linen. A welcome pack and additional maid service can be arranged if required at an additional cost. A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your departure. Security deposit of £150, this is fully refundable if there are no breakages and the apartment is left in the condition it was found, and the keys safely returned. PLEASE NOTE SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON TERRACES. |
