We request 25% deposit to confirm the reservation. Refundable security/key deposit of 100 Sfr required. Rental deposit and balance can now be paid by credit card. DISCOUNT OF 20% for stays of 3 weeks or more. DISCOUNT OF 30% for stays of 8 weeks or more. During the Locarno Film Festival (early August), rates increase +20%. No pets, please. Smoking allowed only on balconies. |
