| The rates shown are for the apartment with up to four people staying. If a 5th or 6th person stays there will be an additional cost of £40 per person to cover the extra laundry etc. A 20% deposit will be required to secure a booking and is non refundable if a cancellation should occur within 8 weeks of travel date. A £100 deposit is required to cover damage/keys and this is refundable. An agent is situated in spain within 1 km of premises if any problems should occur and a pick up service is available from Alicante or Murcia airports if required. The outdoor pool and gardens are highly maintained and offer a relaxing atmosphere within beautiful secluded surroundings. Arguably one of the best in spain. The facilities include sunbeds, toilets, showers, poolside restaurant and bar. This is available for a daily/weekly fee which varies through the season, up to 8 euros per person per day or a block booking for 2 weeks at 75euros per person ie 5 euros per day. Alternately 2 sunbeds. |
