2 & 3 bedroomed apartments with balconies, air-conditioning & central heating Apartment in Javea, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain: Our well furnished and centrally heated apartments - each with separate entrance and consisting of units of 2 or 3 bedrooms - are situate in large private gardens, with 10 magnificent palm trees (now all flood-lit), in a tranquil residential area on the pine covered slopes of Jávea Bay. The large pool (approx. 12m) has just been re-tiled with underwater floodlighting. The BBQ and surrounding area is furnished with tables, sun loungers and sunshades alongside the newly built covered area for relaxation and dining (see photos). Completely new bathrooms were installed in 2001 and, more recently, cable TV, microwaves, new beds and bedroom furniture have been added. Central heating operates in winter (and is *included* in the rental rates). A Wi-Fi facility (FREE 24-hour Internet BROADBAND network connection) has been installed - ideal for keeping in touch and a huge advantage for property-seekers ! Air-conditioning is being installed in each apartment shortly.

| All prices for 2005 remain, for the moment, unchanged over 2004. The prices shown are for a 3-bedroomed apartment. The 2-bedroomed apartments are correspondingly cheaper. Central heating is included in the winter prices (along with linen etc. as usual). The electricity for the air-conditioning unit (which can be used also for supplementary heating in winter if selected) is meter-read and charged at cost. The booking chart only shows 'fully booked' in blue when all 5 units are taken. Wi-Fi / INTERNET BROADBAND Network : This facility is now operating and is available at NO CHARGE unless you need to hire a small aerial connector which is Euros 10 per week for the loan (with a 100 Euro returnable deposit). This provides clients with 24-hour Internet access at no charge. |
