| £100 non-returnable deposit secures the booking, balance to be paid no less than six weeks before the booking period. Discount available for long-term lets. The rental rates include cleaning and laundry. Bookings made within 6 weeks will require full payment at time of booking. The Usual changeover day is Saturday, however other days are acceptable, subject to availability. Longer stays may be arranged, subject to availability, with extra days being charged at a pro rata daily rate. The property will be available from 2.00 p.m. on arrival day and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure to allow for cleaning but may be negotiable depending on availability. £20 additional charge for parties of more than 4 people to cover additional laundry charge. |
