There are 3 good golf courses all a short drive away. The local bus service to Torrevieja runs every hour. Only 40 minutes drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports. It is an ideal base for families or couples to explore surrounding areas winter or summer. Because of the close proximity to all amenities and public transport, a car is not essential. Very reasonable flights to Alicante and Murcia now available for the summer holidays 2005, on easy jet, fly monarch and ryanair.

| The rates are based on 4 people sharing. Although rates are shown per week, longer or shorter rentals will be considered subject to availability (i.e should you wish to stay for 5 days, you will not be charged for the full week)The rental rate for the Christmas, New Year and Easter period will be £200 per week. A £100 (per week) non returnable deposit secures booking. Balance plus £100 damage/key deposit to be paid 4 weeks prior to departure. Damage/key deposit will be returned after satisfactory inspection of apartment has taken place and everything has been left clean and tidy. Rental rates include: Welcome pack (Tea,coffee,milk,sugar and water), preparation of apartment, bedding, fresh linen and towels weekly, and service charges (electricity,water, etc). A small charge of 40 euros (approx £26) is required to be paid locally to our key holders to cover the cost of the cleaning prior to your arrival and after your departure. Please provide own towels for beach and pool use. |
