| Please call, or email to make a booking. To secure booking, a non-refundable 25% deposit will be required, with the full balance due eight weeks before departure. Payment can be accepted by credit card or cheque. A deposit of £ 100 per rental period is also required eight weeks before departure against the possibility of damage/breakages, non-returned keys and pool passes. This amount in full or part of will be refunded as soon as possible after our local agents clean the apartment at the end of the rental. In the event of cancellation within 4 to 8 weeks of departure, where we are unable to relet the apartment, we will retain 50% of the rental value. For cancellations 2 to 4 weeks before departure where we are unable to relet the apartment, we will retain 75% of the rental value. For cancellations 2 weeks or less before departure where we are unable to relet the apartment, we will retain 100% of the rental value. |
