It is a 5-7 minute walk from Victoria. The West End theatre district is only 15-20 mins walk . It comes fully equipped with linen, cutlery etc. The flat is in a quiet street, but restaurants, pubs, street market and shops are only 2-3 minutes walk. Buses, coaches, trains and underground links are close by. It is ideal for all London facilities and with Victoria coach and train stations nearby there is easy access to most parts of the whole country. Guests return year after year and most comment on what good value it is as fares from locations further out into central London are high .In fact it's probably the cheapest flat of its' type in central London.

| Discounts are 5% for 2 weeks, 10% for 3 weeks, 15 % for 4 weeks . A deposit of £50 is payable on arrival against breakage , loss or additional cleaning if needed . This is fully refunded on departure subject to deductions if needed for the foregoing. To reserve the flat a 30% deposit is required. If cancellation is more than 3 months before start date the deposit is fully refundable, between 1-3months 50% is refunded, less than 1 months notice no refund unless flat can be relet. |
