This is a well maintained, pretty villa which is owner-occupied during certain times of the year. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, one of which is suitable for wheelchairs. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen plus living/dining area with a wood burner. To increase the comfort of next year΄s guests, air-conditioning has now been installed (gives C/H during the winter nights if necessary). A newly constructed, really large porch area has an 'outside kitchen' and barbecue, with loads of space for dining al fresco and relaxing in the shade when necessary. The pretty garden has an area of lawn plus pool-side sunbathing terrace. Ample space for parking and completely secure with electric gates.
