The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven /hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer etc. TV with English channels, as well as some Spanish and German.

| A non re-fundable 25% deposit is required to secure any booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. For late bookings 50% deposit is required with the balance 1 week prior to arrival. The apartment is cleaned and supplied with fresh bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) prior to your arrival and changed on your departure. For stays longer than one week, if you want to have the apartment cleaned and linen changed mid-stay you can arrange that directly with our contact in Spain, for an additional fee. For shorter stays, we charge a daily rate on a pro rata basis, plus an additional £30 for cleaning / laundry; we may charge more or less depending on demand - contact us for a quote. A damage / excess cleaning deposit of €100 is payable on arrival and is refunded on return of the keys to the key holders subject to their satisfaction that the apartment is left in the condition it was in when you arrived. Please bring your own towels for use at the pool / beach. Check-in time after 4:00 p.m., and the apartment must be vacated by 11 a.m. on date of departure, unless otherwise agreed, to allow for cleaning. |
