The apartment has its own small private garden and large terrace. The patio is not overlooked by the main garden and large swimming pool. There is a safe children's pool attached to the main pool. It is literally 2 minutes walk to the beach which is sandy and never overcrowded, even in high season.For golf enthusiasts there is a new golf course within 5 minutes walk and there are three other courses all within 20 minutes drive maximum. The communal pool and garden of this pretty complex remain relatively private throughout the year.Mojacar has an average temperature of 20 degrees so winter is very pleasant --the warmest in Europe. You can have your breakfast on the patio even on Christmas day!
