| When 'Casa Noble' is rented, a downpayment of 75% is required. Booking is only confirmed when the downpayment has been received. The rest of the renting rate is required the day that you arrive. Upon arrival a security deposit of 150 Euros is required which will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has made to the property.The rental price is not included the end of stay cleaning of 45 Euros. You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests, this is before 10.00 a.m. Villa is ready for your occupancy after 4.00pm till .... |
