The result is a large, quiet and stylish Villa that is also within 300m of a small supermarket, restaurants, beach bar (with rocky cove for swimming) and a bank (with ATM). A little further, and within walking distance, are two sandy beaches and the fishing port village of Moraira.In the morning, the sun rises over the hills above El Portet - which can be seen from the upstairs bedroom (the tower room), the pool terrace, the upper terrace and the Naya (the glass enclosed covered terrace). During the day the sun moves around the pool terrace (which is perfect for private sunbathing), although areas of shade under the palm trees or in the Naya can be found for those who seek it. Later in the day you can enjoy watching the sun set from the west-facing barbeque area in the garden which is planted with bougainvillaea and young fruit trees (lemon, olive, pomegranate, orange, etc).

| Rental rates include cleaning service once weekly (for one week stays, this will be after departing on the last day), bed linen and bath towels, hot water and electricity. For parties of 8 (or less) who would like one less bedroom, the Tower bedroom can be closed off, with the rental rate above being reduced by Euros 250/week. Optional extras include: pool heating (200 Euros per week), additional cleaning, cot, high chair, welcome food pack, air conditioning/heating in the 5 bedrooms (149 Euros per week, for all 5 rooms) Payment of rental rates: 25% on booking, remaining 75% a clear three months before start of holiday. Detailed terms and conditions for renting are available on request. |
