| These rates apply to a maximum of ten people and include: weekly maid service, pool maintenance,water, electricity, gas,all linen/towels (not including cot linen or beach towels) and a welcome pack. There will be a 20% deposit with all reservations, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.A £100 refundable damage-breakage deposit will be payable locally. With exception to the August bank holiday, all other weeks including bank holidays will be charged at the mid season rate of £900. Occupancy may not be available before 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. If required! a room will be made available with toilet/shower and changing facilities. |
