| The flat is normally let on a weekly basis, however, nightly accommodation at the rate of £60-95 pp may be available depending on the dates. Discounts for longer stays are possible. Please contact Sam Hinton for information and availability. Bookings for one month or less must be paid in full in advance to secure the booking. For stays of more than one month, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start date. If you book less than 8 weeks before, full payment is required. A refundable security deposit may also be necessary. Bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included in the rental rate. There is a £30 clean out fee to cover cleaning and laundry expenses. Gas and electricity are included in the rental rate, but telephone charges are extra (only available for stays of a month or more). |
